The Climax “Unlimited” is an aptly named weight forward line which is made to maximize the capability and casting distance of your fast action rod. With elongated front and rear tapers and an extremely long level head, this line will allow experienced casters to double-haul and roll cast exceptional distances while maintaining control of the fly’s landing - a versatile WF taper that excels at tossing large dries, streamers or indicator nymph rigs. The line’s jacket is internally lubricated and built on a braided nylon core for outstanding slickness and durability.
The Climax “Big Fly Taper” is a very aggressive weight forward design that is made to load rods quickly and turn over BIG flies. The green telemark built into the front of the running line, marks the optimal “shooting point” for the line. Whether you are slinging articulated streamers the size of your foot to the shallows for pike and musky, twitching a big popper over hydrofoil for largemouth bass or waking a baby duckling imitation over Taimen in Mongolia - the “Big Fly Taper” packs the punch to get it there.
With an extremely thin braided running line and a tapered weighted head, this line is capable of shooting tremendous distances. Performs best when used with a shooting style of casting.
