POLYTAPERS
Climax Polytaper leaders are unique in all the fly fishing world! These precisely tapered super tough leaders help you adapt to changing conditions quickly and easily, allowing you to make the optimum presentation.

We extrude the high strength nylon core in-house to fit our rigid specifications, then coat it with our proprietary formula. They perform ideally together acting as a shock absorber, while giving Polytaper's a stiff butt and no memory. The secure reinforced loop on the butt end provides an ideal loop-to-loop connection with your fly line for minimum hinging. The smaller loop on the tapered end of the leader can be looped to the tippet. Simply form a perfection loop or double surgeon’s loop in the tippet and connect it.

TROUT - INTERMEDIATE AND SINKING
Emergers, float tube, nymphs, stillwater, wet flies, canoe, freestone stream, woolly buggers, quiet backwater, streamers, you name it, these leaders can handle it! The 10 lb. test monofilament core matches well with
3X - 6X tippets. Available in 6 foot Clear Intermediate, Type III Sink (Brown), Type VI Sink (Black), 8 1/2 foot Type III Sink (Brown) and 8 1/2 foot Type VI Sink (Black). $7.95

TROUT - FLOATING POLYTAPERS
Based on the same concept as the intermediate and sinking polytaper's, these new floating polytapered leaders offer yet another level of flexibility in your fishing for when you need to change quickly to dry flies. Floating polytaper's keep the end of your fly line floating high and your tippet on the surface for maximum control. Six foot and 9 foot lengths in either 6# or 10# test. $7.95

SALTWATER/BASS/STEELHEAD POLYTAPERS
Our heavy duty core provides the big fish/big fly angler with a leader that performs under demanding conditions. Easy to change on the beach, on a river or in a boat, Polytaper's transform your fly line into a multiuse tool that can scrape a steelhead from the bottom or pick off a racing Albie just under the surface. The 20 lb. test monofilament core matches well with 4 to 14 lb. tippets. FLOAT+ FLY / LEADER FLOATANT:

A high-viscosity floatant that makes a fly or leader ride high above the surface film. Reduces leader drag on a fly making for a better drag-free float. Perfect for keeping strike indicators visible. Suggested Retail $2.95.

STRIKE INDICATORS:

Contains two styles per pack. Two orange/yellow ball type and four bright orange tube type indicators. These strike indicators are easy to see because of their hi-visibility colors. Suggested Retail $1.95.
